Spring is here

Its spring in my little corner of the world. No kidding. I went out side to take some pictures of crocus in a short sleeved blouse. The temp. is around 12C (54F) and it is sunny and bright. Here is my latest postcard. I am sending them to Manitoba and Nova Scotia. Dont know if it is as warm there as here. I doubt it. Also the crocus photo's and I kid you not there were honey bees on them. Unfortunatly the one picture I took with the honey bee came out blurry.

My little corner of the world

Yes Maple Ridge really is in a corner of the world. Being part of Greater Vancouver, we are in the southwestern most tip of Canada. Our weather is usually great. We have temperate winters and summers, lots of rain, but not much snow. Maybe 2 snowfalls a winter. This year we have had more snow than usual.
